    Your TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 181

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 21 and 22 and strike line 23 through "one" and insert in lieu thereof "One".

    2. On page 1, line 23, before "to", insert "is appropriated from the general fund to the department of public safety for expenditure in fiscal year 2027".

    3. On page 2, line 2, after "advisories", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 3 through 9 and insert in lieu thereof a period.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
